With a wire guide unit, this winding machine can lay the wire automatically. One 750w servo motor is used to drive the wire guide to move for laying the wire. This machine features small volume, soft starting, stable running, high automation etc. This winding machine is provided with:

• Main winding motor, 1.5kw motor provides enough torque to pull the wire
• Servo motor, 750w, being used to drive the wire guide
• 4-jaw chuck or other connecting mode, which can be customized
• Wire guide, for laying the wire
• Touch screen, it is colored and with user friendly interface for inputting all parameters
• Foot pedal, for controlling machine and switching the rotating direction
• VFD, for controlling the motor
• PLC, for programming the behaviour of the machine
• Pneumatic system, providing power for pneumatic components
