Copper Wire Reactor Automatic Coil Winding Machine With Servo Motor Driven ZPX1000 is a special winding equipment for winding reactor coil and other similar products. The winding machine is provided with two drivestocks with servo motor driving. The max transverse width is 1000mm, and the wire guide is also driven by one servo motor. The rotating speed can be adjusted through a potentiometer on the board, and the rotating direction can be switched through the foot pedal. Control system is based on PLC, which guarantees the machine is with many function and high automation. There is a user friendly interface on the colored touch screen, controlling the machine and input relevant parameters can be done on the screen.
